Directions

  1. Mix 4 tablespoons melted butter, 2 tablespoons sliced crystallized ginger and 3 tablespoons sugar in a large bowl; toss with 3 or 4 halved and pitted plums. Place the fruit, cut-side up, on a sheet of foil; scatter 1 cup raspberries and/or blackberries on top. Fold up the packet and grill over medium-high heat until the plums are tender and the berries are juicy, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream or yogurt.
