Frozen Yogurt and Berries

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Vanilla and raspberry swirl frozen yogurt (recommended: Haagen Das)

10 to 12 fresh berries

4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

4 ounces white chocolate, chopped


  1. Whip the cream lightly in an electric mixer. When it begins to form peaks, add the powdered sugar and whip to soft peaks. Scoop a generous amount of ice cream in a bowl. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips and white chocolate together in a double boiler. Lace the yogurt with fresh berries, and then top it off with whipped cream and the melted semisweet and white chocolate.
