  1. Trim 1 bunch broccoli rabe and cut into 2-inch pieces. Cook in boiling salted water until tender, 2 to 3 minutes; drain. Saute 2 sliced garlic cloves in olive oil in a large skillet until golden. Add the broccoli rabe, 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest, 1¿2 teaspoon kosher salt and a few grinds of pepper; toss. Top with shredded asiago.
