Lemon-Ginger Rock Shandy

A rock shandy is a nonalcoholic take on the beer-lemonade combo known as the shandy. It’s usually made with soda but for this version we used an IPA-style nonalcoholic beer.



  1. Combine the lemon juice, bitters and sugar in a tall glass. Add 3 tablespoons cold water and stir to dissolve.
  2. Pour in the ginger beer, then top with the beer. Garnish with a lemon slice.
