  1. Cut 2 Persian cucumbers into 1/2-inch rounds. Cut 1/2 head iceberg lettuce into small chunks. Skewer the cucumbers, lettuce and cherry tomatoes onto 10 to 12 wooden skewers. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
