Spicy Asian Vinaigrette

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

2 teaspoons Asian fish sauce

2 teaspoons Sriracha

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon black sesame seeds

1 teaspoon white sesame seeds

Freshly ground black pepper


  1. Whisk the vinegar, honey, fish sauce and Sriracha together in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in the oil, starting with a few drops and then adding the rest in a steady stream to make a smooth, slightly thick dressing. Whisk in sesame seeds and a few grinds of pepper.
