Spread a mix of salted sweet potato chips and salted kettle chips on 2 baking sheets and bake at 350 ̊ F until warmed and shiny, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered turkey gravy mix and poultry seasoning, let sit for a minute, then toss and let cool. Toss with dried cranberries, toasted pecans and fried sage leaves: Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry until crisp, about 10 seconds.
