Fresh Corn Casserole

3 cups fresh yellow corn, cut from the cob

1 tablespoon flour

1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1 cup milk

2 eggs, beaten

1 small jar (2 ounces) pimentos, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix the corn kernels with the flour. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
