Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

1 vanilla bean

2 cups milk

1 cup grated Valrhona bittersweet chocolate

1-ounce vanilla syrup

Directions

  1. Split and scrape out the insides of vanilla bean, place into milk and steam until frothy. Set aside and let infuse for 10 minutes. While the milk is still warm, add to a blender with the chocolate and vanilla syrup. Blend until chocolate is melted and the mixture is well combined. Serve immediately.
