Ice Cream Topped with Sauteed Bananas

2 bananas

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoons cinnamon

1/4 cup amaretto

1/4 cup banana liquer

4 scoops vanilla ice cream


  1. Melt butter in medium saute pan. Add sliced bananas. Add Banana and Amaretto liqueurs. Add sugar and cinnamon. cook for about three minutes. Remove from heat. Place two scoops of ice cream into two brandy glasses. Spoon hot mixture over top of ice cream. Serve at once.
