Garlic Naan

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine softened butter, shredded cheese, garam masala, if using, garlic powder and minced garlic in a small bowl. Spread evenly on the naan.
  3. Bake until butter is melted and bubbly, 5 to 7 minutes. (You can also broil for 1 to 2 minutes at the end to give it a more crisp top.)
  4. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
