2 cups almond milk

2 cups frozen blueberries 

1 cup whole raw almonds 

1 cup plain Greek yogurt 

1 tablespoon chia seeds 

1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds


  1. Add the almond milk, blueberries, almonds, yogurt, chia seeds and flaxseeds to a blender and blend until smooth.
