Nono's Tuna Appetizer

1 (12-ounce) can tuna, well drained

2 stalks celery, finely chopped

20 green olives, sliced

1 (2-ounce) can flat anchovies packed in olive oil, finely drained

Black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Combine all ingredients and toss well. Add olive oil to moisten. Chill at least 2 hours for flavors to blend. Serve with thinly sliced Italian bread. Great for parties too.
