Raspberry Peach Mimosas

Take the classic combination of bubbly and peach nectar over the top with the addition of juicy raspberries muddled with raspberry liqueur.

3 tablespoons raspberry-flavored liqueur, such as Chambord

8 raspberries, plus more for garnish

2 cups chilled peach nectar

1 bottle chilled Champagne, Prosecco or other sparkling white wine


  1. Evenly divide the raspberry liqueur among 8 Champagne flutes. Add a raspberry to each and muddle with the end of a wooden spoon. Evenly top with the peach nectar and fill the glasses with Champagne. Garnish each with a raspberry.
