For an easy, impressive centerpiece during the holidays, you can’t beat a big ham. It takes very little time to prepare and is versatile enough to go with any of your favorite side dishes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place the ham on a rack and bake for 2 hours.
  3. Meanwhile, make the glaze by adding the brown sugar, honey, orange juice, mustard and herbs to a saucepan, then bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer and cook until the glaze is thick, an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. After the 2 hours, baste the ham with the glaze every 10 minutes for 30 minutes, making sure to get into the cracks. Rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve on a platter.
  5. Garnish with orange slices and rosemary sprigs.
