Ingredients

2 pounds red potatoes

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt

Pepper

1 tablespoon rosemary

2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice potatoes in half and place in 9 by 13 Pyrex baking dish. Drizzle in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add rosemary and garlic. Toss to coat. Roast for 30 40 minutes, until golden, crispy and tender. Serve hot.
