1 ounces plum sake

2 ounces sake (recommend: Kaori or Fukunishiki)

3 ounces white wine

1-ounce mango juice

1-ounce pineapple juice

1-ounce merlot

1-ounce champagne

4 spoons cubed fruit (plum, mango, pineapple: be creative!)


  1. Mix plum sake, sake, white wine, mango and pineapple juice with ice, shake and serve in a wine glass. Float with merlot and champagne and finish with cubed fruit. For parties, multiply the above by 10, and get out your punch bowl!
