Southern Peach Mint Julep

8 to 10 fresh mint leaves

1/2 peach, sliced, or 4 slices frozen peaches, thawed

2 ounces sweet tea vodka 

1 ounce bourbon

6 ounces club soda 


  1. Divide the mint leaves and peach slices between two Collins glasses and muddle them together. Fill each glass with ice, 1 ounce of the vodka, 1/2 ounce of the bourbon and 3 ounces of the club soda. Stir until cold.
