  1. Prepare rice according to package directions adding bouillon cube and cinnamon stick to water. Remove cinnamon stick after rice is cooked.
  2. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add cumin, coriander, raisins and onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender and golden-colored, about 10 minutes. Stir in cooked rice, almonds and cilantro.
