2 slices whole grain bread

Mayonnaise

Honey mustard

1/2 Granny Smith apple, very thinly sliced

4 ounces thinly sliced smoked pork and beef sausage, such as Otto's Hunter sausage, or your favorite German ham

Whipped cream cheese

1 piece green leaf lettuce

2 slices Havarti cheese

Directions

Spread one slice of the bread with mayonnaise and honey mustard. Top with the apple slices and sausage. Spread the remaining slice of bread with cream cheese. Top with lettuce and the Havarti. Put the sides together.
