It's a burger gift from the Greek gods! Michael Symon's Greek heritage is on full display as he makes a grilled Lamb Burger with Tzatziki. His wife, Liz, concocts an Ouzo Spritz with pickled watermelon rind that pairs perfectly with Michael's burger and side of sweet-and-salty Watermelon and Feta Salad.
In heat three of the Time Warp Tournament, the chefs head back to the 1970s. First up, three chefs have to ride on a banana seat bicycle while making hamburger mac and cheese. Then, one chef has to make quiche on a disco dance floor. Finally, one chef must dress up like a human disco ball as they make crepes suzette.
These four extraordinary chefs all serve their communities with their culinary talents. In the first round they must combine chicken soup and barbecue sauce. The second round has the chefs creating scallop dishes with two unusual produce items. And the finalists have to get their buns in gear in the last round, when they are given hamburger buns to cook with.
