The chefs joke about their varying memories of the '90s as they use the iconic George Foreman Grill to create elevated dishes out of popular foods from the decade: muffin tops, chicken breasts, ranch dressing and Lucky Charms. Then, new school and old school chefs alike learn how difficult it is to recreate the viral "accordion potato" food trend, and judges Kathy Fang and Peter Fang use a classic beef Wellington to determine which chef prevails.

In the first round, Jonathan Bennett challenges the teams to transform cookies into a lifelike and delicious feast. The winning team gets a vital advantage for the second round, when they have just five hours to create a massive, realistic cookie carnival. World-renowned cookie artist Andi Kirkegaard and award-winning cake artist Shinmin Li judge the cookie creations and choose the winner.
