Episode | From: Carnival Eats
Hear ye, hear ye! Host Noah Cappe ventures to the Brevard Renaissance Fair in Melbourne, Florida, to sample masterful medieval dishes delicious enough to satiate the biggest giant. First, there's the Dragon's Egg -- a fiery red take on a scotch egg -- Her Majesty's Mac -- a macaroni and cheese made for a royal palate -- and Fluffy Trolls -- a cotton candy-wrapped pickle. Plus, Noah heads to Cathedral City, California, for the Taste of Jalicso Festival which celebrates Mexican heritage, culture and food! On the menu is the Chorizo Pina Smash Burger, a pineapple-injected chorizo burger, and the Poblano Popper Fried Chicken, a chicken sandwich with a creamy, spicy kick. Noah also visits the Coastal Carolina Fair for the Bacon Jalapeño Corn Puppies and the Chicken Mac Queso-rito.

Mobile Mashup in Memphis

Episode | From: Big Food Truck Tip
Andrew Zimmern is in the sultry Southern city of Memphis, where the food truck scene has exploded. He sets his sights on international cuisine and finds Mexican street tacos with a Tennessee twist at El Mero. The owners married the food they grew up with and created offerings like Southern fried chicken tacos and braised brisket quesadillas. Andrew navigates a crowded food truck rally in Court Square to Soi Number 9, which serves Thai street food staples like spicy basil chicken and a variety of killer noodle bowls. Then he heads to an evening concert at the famed Levitt Shell, where the award-winning Stanley's Sweet Street Treats offers its famous soft-shell crab BLT. Finally, Andrew rewards one deserving culinary dreamer with a $10,000 tip and a Food Network seal of approval.

Los Angeles: A Toast to Tinseltown

Episode | From: Baked
Tom Papa heads home to sunny Los Angeles to celebrate the city's baked gems. He stops by Vito's Pizza, where the crust is so special there's a bodyguard to protect the dough starter. At the legendary Canter's Deli, Tom makes a Monte Cristo sandwich stacked with ham, turkey and cheese griddled on fresh-baked challah French toast. At Creme Caramel LA, he samples the glitter-covered meringue known as unicorn poop and learns the secret behind their signature dessert, a psychedelic purple custard crowned in caramel. At East L.A.'s El Gallo Bakery, Tom helps bake Mexican sweet breads with chocolaty sugar crust, and he meets up with two of his baking heroes at Lodge Bread Company to make hearty, rustic bread and L.A.'s trendy treat, avocado toast.

All-Stars Tournament: Part 3

Episode | From: Chopped
Celebrity Chopped! Four V.I.P chefs compete to see who can claim a spot in the All-Stars finale for a chance at winning $50,000 for their favorite charitable organization. The other competitors hope that a famous pastry chef will get tripped up in one of the first two rounds and fail to make it to dessert. And when one of the other chefs makes a very original choice with the fresh pasta sheets in the appetizer basket, it is clear that these stars will be pushing the limits of creativity. Then, in the entree course, a big fish and some little crackers are mandatory, and the chefs are extraordinarily focused. And with a Mexican sugar and a Chinese spice in the dessert basket, the all-stars must think globally if they want to win decisively.
