For this star-studded battle, two of Food Network's top pastry chefs will each pair up with a home renovation expert to build from scratch a life-size edible gingerbread house and see which team of baker and brother can turn out the most-awe-inspiring design. The catch? They have just three days to work.

Before the Battle

The guys may be all smiles now, but after working tirelessly for a whopping 72 hours, their sweet inspiration will surely be spent.

Friendly Competition

Just as brothers Drew and Scott often poke well-meaning fun at each other on HGTV's Property Brothers, so too do they here, especially since they're pitted against each other in the ultimate holiday rivalry.

Portable Confections

Chef Ron is quick to employ all means necessary to gather all of the treats he's planning on using in his gingerbread house with Scott.

Surveying the Selection

Team members Drew and Chef Duff take a break from building to check out the shelves chock-full of sweets that are available for them to use in decorating their gingerbread house.

Where to Bake

There are two keys to success in this battle: baking and building. And indeed there are dedicated areas on set to make sure that the competitors can do their best job at each of these tasks.

Overflowing with seemingly every tool and piece of heavy-duty equipment, the Build area is outfitted with everything the guys need to bring the spirit of the season to life in a giant gingerbread house.
