How to Make Oven-Fried Bacon

Separate a 1-pound package of bacon into slices and arrange the slices on a rack over a baking sheet. Cook in a 400-degree oven until desired crispness, 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy whole, or let cool and crumble.
