Seafood Shenanigans

The remaining six recruits have tackled all kinds of dishes, from Chinese noodles to pizza to diner food. For many, this next challenge presents the biggest hurdle yet: raw seafood. Each team will prepare a seafood tower for Anne and Bobby.

Too Confident?

When the Blue Team sees that the Red Team left shrimp off their tower entirely, they think they have this in the bag. Unfortunately, Bobby says their seafood is soggy and their sauces lack flavor.

Party for the Red Team

After a blind tasting, Anne and Bobby deem the Red Team the winner, despite the missing shrimp. "Luckily, your seafood tasted really good, so that is what saved you," says Anne. As a prize, they get a Champagne party back at the recruit house with Anne.

Go Fish

The recruits know there's more seafood to come for the main dish challenge, but they're shocked at just how much more. The chefs present whole salmon, which their recruits will have to fillet. Tiffany doesn't even know where to start: "How am I going to pick up that sucker?"

Intimidation

Chef Anne's team is equally freaked out by the enormous fish. David expected a manageable-sized fish like the arctic char that Anne demoed; instead, "it's a huge salmon as big as a four-year-old child!"

Fisherman Vinnie

Vinnie loves to fish, so he feels confident as he fillets the salmon: "I'm gonna get this done. This one's in the bag, baby!" He is a bit nervous about actually cooking the fish, though, but pulls it off nicely and takes the win for Chef Bobby's team.

Kelli Kills It

Kelli is thrown for a loop when the chefs add a twist to the challenge. With the salmon scraps, the recruits must create a tartare appetizer in addition to their cooked main course. "I don't even eat lox on a bagel. I would never make anything with raw fish!" she says. She follows the recipe card successfully and is named the Red Team winner.

Can't Watch

Chef Bobby simply has to look away as he sees some of his recruits attempt to fillet the salmon. "Tiffany is just sawing away," he laments.

Butchered, Literally

Tiffany's hacked-up salmon does not score points with Bobby. He also doesn't love her weird pairing of mozzarella cheese with salmon on a sandwich, so it's time for her to go home. "My biggest regret is not winning," Tiffany says. "But nobody's going to believe that Bobby Flay taught me how to cook!"

The Red Team sadly says goodbye to spirited, bright-haired Dorothy. "You've had so many good days. I truly feel that you will carry it on at home. Don't make me cry," says Chef Anne.
