Get a behind-the-scenes look at Season 2 of Food Network's Worst Cooks in America.
The Final Four
Kelsey, Georg, Joshie and Carlos are the last recruits left standing. It's getting intense: For this week's Skill Drill, the four compete in a Culinary Decathlon that tests everything they've learned.
Neck and Neck
Georg defeats Kelsey in the Decathlon for the Blue Team, but she makes sure to keep her eye on the real prize: "Kelsey and I really are neck and neck."
Showstopping Desserts
The recruits are thrilled to learn that their next challenge involves dessert. Even better: They're learning to flambé and will present their flaming desserts tableside. Chef Anne gives her recruits some tips for successful — and safe! — flambé.
Chef Anne's Flambé Dessert
Joshie and Carlos will replicate Chef Anne's crepes with flambéed cherry sauce. She can't predict who will prevail: "One is flying all over the place, the other one is slow and methodical."

Chef Robert's Flambé Dessert

Special Guests
"You told us you wanted to learn to cook for your loved ones," says Chef Anne. "Now that is exactly what you are going to do." Joshie's girlfriend, Carlos' sister, Georg's wife and Kelsey's husband arrive at Boot Camp.
Menu Requests
The visiting family members are asked what they would like their recruit to prepare. Joshie's girlfriend, Mars, requests a "chicken dish with a sweet twist."
Sweet and Spicy Chicken
"Joshie has all kinds of rules with cooking," Mars explains. "Certain flavors don’t mix for him. I'm looking forward to him making some chicken that's sweet." Chef Anne gives Joshie a recipe for this maple-glazed chicken.

Dinner and a Show
"I'm really excited for the crepes, which I love and which my girl Mars loves," says Joshie. "I'm really in a good mood at this point." He's even more thrilled when Chef Anne chooses him to represent her in the final challenge.
Serving Seafood
Georg's wife, Teresa, requests a dish with fresh seafood. "It's something we both love, but it isn't necessarily the easiest thing to do," she says.
Fresh Fish
Chef Robert shows Georg this seared mahi-mahi with fragrant rice and mango salsa. She then gets to work replicating it for Teresa.

Kitchen Confidence
Georg has a little fun with the flambéed peaches for her dessert. "In the past, I would lose confidence, but now I have a whole new level of confidence in the kitchen," she says.
The Tortoise
Chef Anne calls her remaining recruits the tortoise and the hare: Carlos works slowly and carefully on his crepes, while Joshie is a "whirling dervish."
Thai Inspiration
Carlos' sister, Rena, requests a Thai dish — it's a cuisine that she and her kids love. Chef Anne gives Carlos a recipe for Thai red curry with shrimp. Unfortunately, under-seasoning is his downfall.

Playing With Fire
"The first day I was here, I had my own flambé going on," says Carlos. "I'm excited that we're going to make a fire in our pan, and it's supposed to be there."
In It to Win
"I really need to beat Georg. I need to show Chef Robert that I'm ready to represent him," says Kelsey.
Too-Rare Venison
Kelsey's husband, Kris, asks for a venison dish. Accustomed to burning everything, Kelsey makes sure not to overcook the meat, but ends up undercooking it instead.

Flambé Novice
Although Kelsey's husband is thoroughly impressed with her flambé skills, she doesn't prevail. Chef Robert chooses Georg to move on to the final challenge.
