Starbucks Adds Two New Dairy-Free Drinks to Its Spring Menu

The groundhog predicted an early spring this year, and it looks like we have more than just warm weather and blooming flowers to look forward to. Starbucks has introduced a brand-new spring menu boasting bright, seasonal colors and drool-worthy flavors.
The beloved coffee joint’s new spring menu includes three never-before-seen beverages, including two dairy-free options. That’s right — Starbucks is expanding its non-dairy line by adding a duo of iced drinks made with coconut milk: the Iced Pineapple Matcha and the Iced Golden Ginger.
The Iced Pineapple Matcha mixes matcha green tea with pineapple, ginger and coconut milk, while the Iced Golden Ginger combines ginger, pineapple and turmeric flavors with coconut milk. Both beverages are smooth, fruity and photo-worthy; the vibrant green and yellow hues of the drinks are sure to add a pop of color to your feed.
As for the third drink? Starbucks wouldn’t be, well, Starbucks without following trend and ringing in the upcoming season with a new cold brew. Last fall, the coffee giant kicked things off by launching a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, and it also released an Irish Cream Cold Brew in December 2019 for a limited time over the holiday season.
This spring, nitro cold brew lovers can treat themselves to a new blend: Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Honey Cold Foam. According to Starbucks, this drink is comprised of Nitro Cold Brew (duh), a salted honey cold foam and a dash of toasted honey on top. It’s much more savory compared to other cold brew concoctions, and the sprinkle of toasted honey adds an almost smoky aftertaste. We have a feeling you’ll be reaching for this nitro cold brew as a much-needed caffeine boost after spring daylight savings strikes…
Rounding out Starbucks’ spring menu are two new protein-loaded breakfast wraps. These grab-and-go options are made to fuel your morning and keep you satisfied until lunch — each wrap is packed with more than 20 grams of protein!
The breakfast wraps are available in two varieties: Bacon, Sausage & Egg (double-smoked bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and potatoes wrapped in a flour tortilla) and Southwestern Veggie (scrambled eggs, black beans, potatoes, cotija cheese, pico de gallo and jalapeno cream cheese wrapped in a salsa tortilla).
