Krispy Kreme’s Easter Egg-Shaped Mini Doughnuts Are Too Cute
Plus, the long-awaited Mini Chick Doughnut returns.

There are many reasons to love spring, from the sunny days to the extended hours of daylight. But it’s hard not to appreciate the bright colors and fresh fruits that are also bountiful this time of year. Krispy Kreme’s new filled spring minis pay tribute to just this while celebrating the season.
Just in time for the Easter countdown, these new minis are available now and come in a custom, basket-inspired box of 16 doughnuts that include three fun new flavors as well as the long-awaited return of the Mini Chick Doughnut.

Mini Chocolate Egg Doughnut: Perfect for the chocolate lover, this mini doughnut is filled with chocolate Kreme and dipped in chocolate icing. It honors the season with light sky-blue and yellow icing stripes.
Mini Cake Batter Egg Doughnut: This mini doughnut is filled with cake batter Kreme and drizzled with light sky-blue stripes and mini pastel nonpareils sprinkles.
Mini Strawberries & Kreme Egg Doughnut: Filled with white Kreme and dipped in strawberry icing and sprinkled with pastel sequins, this is the most bright and colorful of the collection.
Mini Chick Doughnut: You don’t get much cuter than the chick doughnut, which is filled with white Kreme and dipped in yellow icing, before being topped with white sanding sugar and decorated like a chick with yellow, orange and chocolate icing.
“Spring in full bloom is the inspiration for our delicious new Spring mini eggs, each one filled with a fun and flavorful little bite of the new season,” said Krispy Kreme Chief Marketing Officer Dave Skena, in a statement to media. “These minis will add a basketful of joy to any spring celebration or activity.”
