We’re Gushing Over Krispy Kreme’s New Valentine’s Day Doughnuts

All we need is love, right? And while we can’t always do much about the need for more love in the world, we can add more love to our doughnuts.
Krispy Kreme is embracing the season of love by launching a Valentine’s Day doughnut collection as well as a custom dozen box with old-school nostalgic pop-out valentines, just in time for the holiday dedicated to romance.
Krispy Kreme’s Valentine’s Day Collection will launch on January 31 and be available for a limited time. As it’s a celebration of hearts and romance, it’s no surprise that the collection features an array of heart-shaped doughnuts.

Beary Best Valentine Doughnut: This doughnut is dipped in chocolate icing and chocolate sprinkles, and designed in a teddy bear style with chocolate “kreme” and icing.
Bee Mine Doughnut: This doughnut has strawberries and “kreme” filling. The doughnut itself is covered in red icing and covered with pink decorations and a bee sugar piece.
Cookie to My KREME Doughnut: Filled with cookies and “kreme,” the doughnut is then dipped in white icing, before being decorated with a chocolate icing drizzle and covered with a confetti heart sprinkle blend.
My Batter Half Doughnut: This doughnut is filled with cake batter before being dipped in pink icing and decorated with heart sprinkles.
This collection sounds like a hug in pastry form, and that’s exactly what we all need right now. But all that sugary sweetness won’t hurt either!
