  1. Blend the first 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve with a spoon and a straw in tall Collins glasses. Garnish each with thyme sprig and thinly sliced lemon.

Cook’s Note

To make the lemon juice ice cubes, divide about 1 1/2 cups of lemon juice among 12 cavities of an ice cube tray. Freeze until solid.
