Green is having a major moment in interior design. Proof: Benjamin Moore named a sage hue the paint color of 2022, while Sherwin Williams picked a green-gray color as well. Green-colored kitchen cabinets, walls and tiles can be seen all over social feeds and magazines, with designers touting the calming qualities of bringing a color found in nature inside. Luckily, with our favorite green kitchen gadgets and appliances, you can tap into the trend without completely renovating your kitchen. And don’t be afraid of investing in color: as Emily Mariko has shown, green hues mix and match beautifully with other tones surrounding them.
Presenting one of the most brilliant kitchen inventions that exists: a dish rack that rolls out over your sink when you need it, allowing dishes to drip dry into the basin. It also doubles as a giant trivet perfect for baking sheets.
Here is one of our most favorite spatulas in a tempting pastel green color. It’s strong enough to scoop stiff cookie dough yet flexible enough to bend into nooks and crannies. Plus, it’s dishwasher-safe and has no seams, meaning it’s easy to clean.
This year, Le Creuset dropped an entire line of gorgeous olive green cookware. Yes there’s a Dutch oven. Yes there are casserole dishes. But we’re especially partial to this adorable tea kettle, which is a fraction of the price of everything else. Perch it on your stovetop and it’ll double as chic décor when you’re not heating up water.

Snag bowls of every size, mugs, tumblers or trays – you name it. We love this specific plate, designed to be the perfect plate for eating anything (the plate you’d buy if you could only own one plate). Just imagine the vibrant color setting off jewel-like fruit, a slice of pie or roasted veggies.
Whether you fill them with water or wine, these grass green goblets give garden-party energy. Pair them with woven placemats and a bud vase or two to lock in those vibes.
This season’s hottest drop? A new special bright, electric green color from the Internet darling Our Place, purveyor of ceramic cookware. The Perfect Pot can boil water, sauté and steam — all the things. You might just want to set an alert for the electric green color, because each time it restocks it goes quickly. Or snag a sage colored pot right now.
This color (called "pistachio") may not be new, but it’s as classy as ever. If you’re going to shell out for this stand mixer, it might as well be in a fun color. Between us, this author has owned a pistachio KitchenAid for ten years and can attest it never gets old.
Admit it: your storage containers are looking kind of sad right now (unless you bought them, like, two weeks ago). You can feel great about replacing them with these inexpensive but high-quality glass bowls with pretty mint green tops. The parts are freezer-, oven-, microwave- and dishwasher-safe.
Dishtowels are another one of those items that you need to replace every now and then. In other words, because you’ve got to replace them anyway, they’re a great way to tap into a trend. And these sage green striped towels manage to hit the green kitchen trend while looking classically chic and timeless (like, are we in France right now?).
