4 cups semisweet chocolate

1/2 cup chopped pistachios

1/2 cup chopped almonds

1/2 cup dried cherries


  1. Melt chocolate over double boiler until smooth and velvety. Spread evenly onto a half sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Top with pistachios, almonds and cherries. Cool for about 40 minutes. Break into pieces and serve.
