Chocolate Banana Frosting

2 ounces semisweet chocolate

3 ripe small bananas

1/3 cup sweetened cocoa powder 

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt 

2 tablespoons honey 

1 tablespoon peanut butter 

1/4 teaspoon salt 


In a double boiler over medium heat, add the chocolate and stir until melted. Remove from the heat and reserve.

In a food processor, add the bananas and puree until smooth. Then add the melted chocolate, cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, honey, peanut butter and salt. Blend until fully incorporated.
