2 tablespoons butter

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1/2 green bell pepper, dice

2 cups frozen corn

1/4 cup water




  1. Melt butter in sauce pan and cook diced peppers over medium heat for 4 minutes. Stir in corn and water. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
