1 boule, thickly sliced

Flavoured olive oil, store bought or homemade

2 to 4 whole garlic cloves, cooked in olive oil


  1. Prepare a charcoal grill with hot coals or heat a gas grill. 
  2. Brush both sides of the slices of bread with flavoured olive oil and grill on both sides until brown. 
  3. Rub one side of the grilled bread with a garlic clove.
