Raw cranberry relish is a great alternative to the classic cooked, jam-like cranberry sauce. This version pulses together fresh ginger, sugar and cranberries. Finished with shredded beets and white balsamic vinegar, this will match up perfectly with any turkey on Thanksgiving while also being a nice change of pace from the typical cranberry side.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine the sugar, ginger and 1 teaspoon salt in a food processor; pulse until evenly combined. Add the cranberries and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and toss with the beet and vinegar. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
