Matcha, a unique green tea originally from China but beloved in Japan, is used to flavor Japanese sweets and drinks. Here, it lends earthy flavor and gorgeous green color to a classic cocktail.
Puree 4 ounces sweetened coconut milk beverage, 1/2 cup each frozen pineapple and ice, 1 ounce each gold rum and coconut rum, 3/4 ounce agave and 3/4 teaspoon matcha powder in a blender. Pour into a large glass.
