1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

2 plum tomatoes, quartered 

1 clove garlic 

1/2 jalapeno, seeded  

1/4 small red onion, sliced 

Kosher salt 

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 


Special equipment:
a NutriBullet® blender
  1. Add the cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, jalapeno, onion and 1 teaspoon salt to a NutriBullet® tall cup (24 ounces). Pour over the lime juice. Attach the extractor blade and pulse until just chopped. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
