The French Gimlet is a modern and fairly new take on the traditional Gimlet cocktail. It's enhanced with slightly sweet, floral notes of elderflower liqueur and is balanced with the acidity of fresh lime juice. Though the classic Gimlet traces its origins to British naval tradition, this French variation introduces a welcome Parisian charm.
