Special equipment:
martini glass, cocktail shaker
  1. Have a martini glass and bottles of liquor well-chilled in the freezer.
  2. Add 1 large ice cube to a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, gin and Lillet. Shake well. Rub the lemon twist around the rim of the glass to release the oils, then place in the glass. Strain the martini into the glass.
