1 cup (250 ml) green California grapes, rinsed

1/2 cup (125 ml) cold water

1/2 cup (125 ml) diced pineapple (use fresh, canned or frozen)

1/2 cup (125 ml) ice cubes

1 tsp (5 ml) sweetened green tea powder (optional)


  1. Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into tall glass and serve immediately.;
