Homemade Granola Bar Treats

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with enough parchment paper so that it comes up the sides and hangs over by 1 inch.
  2. Stir together the condensed milk, nut or seed butter, vanilla and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the oats, nuts and seeds and mix to combine. Scrape into the baking dish and spread it out evenly. Press the candy-coated chocolates and dried apricots into the top. Bake until lightly browned around the edges, about 25 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a rack to cool completely. Chop into squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can also freeze these.
