  1. Allow all the cooked vegetables to cool. Then peel the skin off the peppers and the onions. Remove the seeds from the peppers. Cut the peppers, onions, and potatoes into slices and place in a large salad bowl. Add the string beans to the bowl. Season the salad with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well and serve anytime.
