2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts (from about 2 breasts)

One 8-ounce block cream cheese 

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese 

1/4 cup hot sauce (I like Frank's) 

1/4 cup Greek yogurt 

3 tablespoons minced fresh chives 

1/4 teaspoon salt 

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 


  1. Put the chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese, hot sauce, yogurt, chives, salt and pepper in a bowl and use an electric mixer to blend until creamy. Spread on a toasted bagel. Yum!
