Ingredients

2 pounds fingerling potatoes

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Spread on a baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, then increase the temperature to 450 and bake another 5 minutes.
