Macarthy Salad

1/4 head iceberg lettuce, finely chopped

1/3 bunch watercress, finely chopped

1/2 Hearts of Romaine, finely chopped

1/2 cup beets, small dice

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, small dice

1/2 cup bacon, finely chopped

2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped

1/2 cup herb grilled chicken, finely chopped

1/2 cup tomatoes, small dice

1 green onion (green portion only) for garnish


  1. In a large bowl combine iceberg lettuce, watercress and romaine. Add remaining ingredients to bowl decoratively. Garnish with green onion. To serve, toss with your favorite dressing.
