2 avocados, diced

1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

Juice of 1 lime 

French sea salt

Tortilla chips or fresh veggies, for serving


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the diced avocados and mash with a fork until smooth but still chunky. Add the vinegar and lime juice and mix to combine. Season with salt.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Cook’s Note

For a slightly bolder version, add some chopped fresh cilantro and serrano chiles.
