Marinated Olives

2 teaspoons red wine vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

3 large garlic cloves, crushed

2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves

1/4 teaspoon salt

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 pound Kalamata olives


  1. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour marinade over olives. Marinate in refrigerator until ready to eat.
