Fresh berries infused simply with a squeeze of orange juice and fresh mint burst with flavor. I like to add them on top of chia seed pudding with granola and a spoonful of lime-coconut yogurt for my breakfast bowl.



  1. Tip the prepared berries into a bowl. Halve the orange, squeezing in the juice of one half over the berries, catching any pips. Sprinkle over the shredded mint leaves. Gently combine everything together using two spoons. Ready to serve.
